Heed the call

The Minnesota RØKKR are Minnesota’s new Call of Duty League team. Professional Call of Duty players at the top of their game. We were thrilled when they asked us to create a hype video for their live events. The team branding is a spooky, netherworld vibe with deep roots in norse mythology. The vision for this video was to reveal the players and coaches individually, but visually bond them together as a team. Using dozens of LED bar lights and a smoke machine we created norse rune marks and colored lighting effects to transform an empty industrial space into a spooky RØKKR branded environment. Drifting, off-center framing, strategic speed ramping, and a driving anthem create an experience that gets fans out of their seats on event day.
